The consultation really is the starting point of your skin health journey with Dr. Laura Clinic. Prior to the consultation we will ask you to complete some forms that will allow us to review your concerns and goals. It is important that all patients complete these in advance of the appointment so that Dr. Laura can be fully prepared and maximise time in the appointment. During your consultation Dr. Laura will discuss your medical history, current routines, your goals, budget and timeline. Dr. Laura will discuss in detail your skincare and treatment plan. You will then receive this via email usually within 48 hours.

Yes all our consultations are currently offered with Dr. Laura.

As it is deemed a medical consultation unfortunately the fee is not redeemable. Dr. Laura spends up to 40 minutes with each patient and then plans out the routine and treatment plan. We also offer unrivalled post consultation care.

Skin Consultations are available online and in our state of the art clinic in Galway.

Yes, we currently stock over 15 brands in clinic and on the website and we recommend from all of these. We also stock a number of more affordable brands that we try to include in each routine.

Dr. Laura definitely prefers for you to have time to thing about the treatment you are having and therefore prefers that we book a treatment for another day. However we do have patients travelling from all over Ireland to visit Dr. Laura and for this reason we have just added two new services to the booking menu. Initial consultation with anti-wrinkle injections and initial consultation with Profhilo. We do also offer a New Patient Skincare Special which includes a peel on the day of your consultation. If you are deemed to be not suitable then the deposit can be used against other treatments at a later date.

For online consultations its VERY important that you submit forms and good quality make-up free photos in advance. We do send out a photo guidelines information sheet in advance of the consultation and it very much makes Dr. Laura’s job easier if these photos are good quality.

If you are booked in for a peel on the same day, then our amazing aesthetician Victoria will perform this. Victoria also performs most micro needling, peels and laser treatments in the clinic. Dr. Laura performs all injectable treatments and any medical grade peels and lasers including CO2. Victoria has been working alongside Dr. Laura for over 2 years now, and does all of Dr. Laura’s treatments. You are in great hands with her.
