Cancellation Policy

At Dr. Laura Clinic, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of care in every appointment. As a busy mum herself, Dr. Laura understands that life sometimes gets in the way and plans can change unexpectedly.

However, when appointments are cancelled at short notice or missed entirely, it prevents us from offering that time to another patient who may need it.

We kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.

Cancellations or changes with more than 48 hours’ notice:
 • Your €100 booking deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
 • You may reschedule via the link in your booking confirmation or by emailing hello@drlauraclinic.ie.

Cancellations within 48 hours:
 • If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, your €100 deposit will be retained.
 • Missed consultation appointments without sufficient notice may be charged in full.
 • For treatment appointments, 50% of the treatment cost may be charged.

Late arrivals and no-shows:
 • If you arrive too late for your scheduled time, we may not be able to accommodate your full treatment and may need to reschedule your appointment.
 • If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the missed treatment.

Payment terms:
We reserve the right to charge the card held on file in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
