We may collect and process the following types of data:

When you use our website or book an appointment: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, appointment history, payment and billing information, marketing preferences, IP address, browser type, and device information (via cookies).
When you attend the clinic: medical history and relevant health information, treatment records and before/after photos, prescriptions and clinical notes, and emergency contact details.

We use your personal data for the following purposes: to provide medical consultations and treatments, to manage bookings, reminders, and cancellations, to communicate with you about your care, to send clinic updates or newsletters (only if you opt in), to process payments and issue receipts, to comply with legal and medical obligations, and to improve our website and patient experience.

Under GDPR, we must have a lawful basis to process your data. These include consent (for sending newsletters or marketing emails), contract (for fulfilling appointment bookings and purchases), legal obligation (for medical record-keeping and taxation), legitimate interests (for communicating with you and improving services), and vital interest (for emergency contact information).

We only share your data when absolutely necessary and with GDPR-compliant third parties, including our CRM system (Zenoti)
, payment processors (Stripe, ), marketing/email platforms (Klaviyo), IT and website support providers, and government or medical regulatory bodies, if legally required. We do not sell or rent your data to any third parties.

Medical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years in accordance with Irish healthcare regulations. Email addresses (marketing) are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Booking and payment information are kept as required by Irish tax law (typically 6 years). Website analytics data is kept for up to 26 months unless deleted earlier.

You have the right to access a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or outdated information, request deletion of your data (where legally permissible), withdraw consent to marketing at any time, object to or restrict certain types of data use, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (DPC) in Ireland. We use cookies on our website to improve functionality and analyse performance. These may collect IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited.
