My approach is shaped by a combination of medical training, clinical experience, and personal insight — including my own journey with skin. After qualifying as a medical doctor, I deepened my knowledge of dermatology through further study and hands-on aesthetic practice. Along the way, I saw a clear need for skin health guidance that was evidence-based, results-driven, and genuinely individual.
Before studying medicine, I completed a degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Fashion Marketing — a background that gives me a unique lens on beauty, branding, and what patients are really looking for when it comes to their skin. I went on to study graduate-entry medicine at the University of Limerick and completed my GP training here in Galway, before founding Dr. Laura Clinic with the goal of offering more personalised, medically-led skincare.
What we offer at the clinic isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s tailored care rooted in science — whether you’re managing a skin condition, considering injectables, or simply want to future-proof your skin.
In 2023, I launched Phare, a luxury online beauty destination designed to give patients access to carefully curated, medically backed skincare products. It brings together the same clinical insight and commitment to quality that underpins the work we do in the clinic — made accessible to a wider community.
I’m proud to be the only Irish Key Opinion Leader (KOL) for SkinCeuticals, La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and Vichy — as well as a clinical partner with Lutronic Seriderm, one of the world’s leading aesthetic laser brands. Victoria brings years of hands-on experience in advanced skin treatments and is known for her calm, confident approach. She has a deep understanding of both medical-grade skincare and in-clinic procedures, and works closely with each patient to build personalised plans that deliver results.
Her ongoing training and attention to detail make her a trusted part of our clinical team — and a favourite among patients looking to feel comfortable, understood, and cared for.
Emma is the first face you’ll see when you arrive at Dr. Laura Clinic — and the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from the US, Emma brings warmth, efficiency, and a calm presence to the team.
She coordinates daily clinic operations with care and precision, ensuring that every patient feels welcome, informed, and supported from the moment they walk through the door. An integral part of the clinic, Emma helps create the calm, professional environment our patients know and trust.
